When one starts planning a wedding, the first thought is usually about dresses, flowers, bridesmaids etc. Not me, I was excited about cake and the stationary. Just a quick Google of ‘wedding invites‘ yields some beautiful designers but I knew what I wanted for our Save the Dates. Combine that with local designer Sarah Enid and we ended up with perfect Save The Date postcards. They were exactly what we wanted, and even more.

Now that the Save the Dates are out (small public service announcement never abbreviate Save the Dates, ever) it gives us more time to work on the invites. I plan on making these myself but I will have enough time to change my mind and purchase some if needed, and there really are some lovely designs out there.
